JIM ROSS

Jim Ross is the founder of Jim Ross & Associates, P.C. As a former Marine, police officer and DEA task force officer, Jim is accustomed to dealing with adverse situations. As an accomplished trial lawyer, Jim's dedication and hard work is matched only by the passion he has for his clients.


Jim is admitted to practice law in Texas and the U.S. District Court of Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western districts of Texas. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Tarrant County Bar Association and the American Legion.

RIK SEHGAL

Rik originally worked with Jim after his first year of law school. Following his graduation, Rik practiced as a criminal defense attorney, an oil and gas attorney, and in-house counsel for a promotional services company. He joined Jim Ross and Associates as an associate attorney in 2009.

Rik received a bachelor of business administration in management information systems from Texas Tech University. He then enrolled in Texas Wesleyan School of Law where he received a juris doctorate. While in law school, Rik was a member of the Texas Wesleyan Law Fellowship, was the creative director of the law school follies and was elected the class speaker at commencement by his classmates.


ANGELA PACHECO

Of Counsel

Angela has worked with Jim Ross since her first year of law school. Angela received a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University and her Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University.


While in law school, Angela was the Assistant Symposium Director and a member of the Computer Law Review and Technology Journal. Her academic achievements and commitment to her clients have enabled her to become a top notch litigator with superior writing and research skills.


Angela is admitted to practice law in Texas and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas. She is a member of the Texas Bar Association and the Tarrant County Bar Association.
