The Police Foundation, Arlington Texas

As a former police officer, Jim has maintained his ties to the law enforcement community as a member of the board of directors for The Police Foundation -- Arlington, Texas. The Police Foundation -- Arlington, Texas funds essential equipment and programs for the Arlington Texas Police Department which are not included in the city budget. In addition, the Foundation provides financial assistance to the families of Tarrant County Texas law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty.

As an active member of the business community, Jim Ross serves on the board of directors for the Greater Arlington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. The GAHCC is a not for profit organization dedicated to assisting businesses and business minded individuals in the greater Arlington, Texas area grow through training and networking. With such support the Chamber hopes to provide services to local businesses which will help them achieve economic prosperity.

Emergisoft - Emergency Information Solutions

Jim also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Emergisoft Corporation. Emergisoft Corporation provides emergency department information solutions to hospitals and health systems. The company enables clinicians and hospital administrators to electronically document and retrieve patient, departmental workflow, and syndromic surveillance data from the United States emergency departments and urgent care clinics in real-time.
